Medical tourism

It’s been around 5 years since I heard about the country being considered a medical tourism destination. I can’t help but ask “how come?”. Our medical system in the country is far beyond the first world countries. What else could the medical industry could offer that the more advanced countries offer? Though that’s the fact, I haven’t seen any site that offers medical travel guide. Well, maybe there is but I am not just too lucky to find one over the net or I am not just looking for one this time.

Stability ball

I found a great alternative for an office furniture specifically computer chair or my executive chair that I’ve been using for months now. I read a blog post of one friend that mentioned stability ball. I searched the internet what is stability ball and was surprised to know the benefits of sitting on a stability ball while in front of the computer. I told myself I need one and so the following day I got my stability ball. Ace isn’t taking me seriously at first but he was amazed at what he could do with the stability ball. He found lying on the ball  on his back so relaxing. It’s a great way to stretch his back. Now I am using the stability ball when I work during daytime and Ace was like “why notstability ball is not used in offices?”. He want one to be used in his workplace instead of the computer chair that makes him slouch that hurts his back in the long run.I don’t know if it’s feasible but one thing is for sure. Someday there would be stability ball chair available in the market. 

Huge muscles

A little bit bored this afternoon so I checked out my flickr friends’ photos. I usually end up looking at a wedding photographer’s stream and browse through his collection of photos not only during weddings but of all sort. Then I saw (once again) the photo of his friend body builder. Looking at the photos made me wonder how to increase muscle mass and attain a body full of huge muscles? Along with workouts, they may be taking some supplements to help increase muscle mass faster. Glad Ace has no desire for such body because I don’t find it attractive, at least for me.
