It’s Tuesday once again! My entry for this week speaks for itself. I guess I don’t need to elaborate on it because it obviously conveys the message. This was taken in one of our godfather’s family-owned resort in Talicud Island in Davao del Norte.
Happy Tuesday! Visit here for more entries.
Last weekend, we went to Isla Reta Beach Resort, Talicud Island. While we’re having an early morning swim at the beach, Donald (my BIL) and Ace found sea creature….it’s a coelenterate! And no, not only one but they found three. So far, this is the biggest of them all. I took photos of it in the sand and put them back in the water after.
See more critters here and weekend photos here.
TV has been my companion when I am left alone here and I enjoy watching my favorite Mexican telenovela in the afternoon but I don’t watch that much. Sometimes, I find programs in Studio 23 very entertaining so I switch on between ABS-CBN and Studio 23. In one of the programs earlier, I have seen a plasma TV mounted on a cabinet. It actually looks like this. I was
curious what it is called, how it was mounted and what is the purpose of the cabinet. Mr. Google said that is a pop up tv . Does it really pop up from inside the cabinet as the name implies? If that is so, I think it’s cute. Isn’t it? If we can afford to have a pop up TV in the future, I would love to have one.
It’s Friday! Supposed to be the start of laundry day but we have not enough water so I’ll wash Ace’ jersey shirts and shorts that he’ll need tomorrow and the rest will be done next week because I will tag along with Ace to watch their badminton tournament tomorrow. Also, my sister and family will be here in a couple of hours so I need to do quick cleaning. I’m excited to see my niece, Ella whom I haven’t seen for more than a month now. The day will surely be looongggg….as I still need to finish wrapping the giveaways.
Last night I was at a friend’s house for a small get-together to celebrate her birthday while Ace had a bandminton practice. Nice to see old friends once again and the best thing is, my food basket is really full! I had so much as if I haven’t eaten for days. Well, the food are sumptuous because Tita Orpha, Penchie’s mom prepared it. Nothing could eally beat the cooking skills of Ilocanos, not because I am half-blooded Ilocano. Been to different parties but the best best foods are done by Ilocanos no matter what that dish is. Anyway, so much for that and will check on what are Harley parts that I overheard the guys talking about last night. I am just curious. Well, I found out Harley is a motorcycle or what they call the big bikes. Boys are really boys. If they are in groups, if they don’t talk about women or basketball, they talk about cars or motorcycles.
