For the past weeks, there’s no meal that I don’t drink coke. So we’re consuming around 2L of coke everyday and I know that is too much and bad for the health. I can’t help but crave for that drink everytime I am done eating because I don’t feel full when I drink water. And water after a meal makes me like throwing up! Yayks! So my bulging waistline and fatter abdomen is the result of too much coke? Maybe. Anyway, if I grow too big and I would want to lose weight, there’s the best fat burner that I could turn to. But not now, as I am still enjoying my fats. Hence, I won’t limit my intake of coke yet because I just love it! It quenches my thirst.

di lang taba ang aabutin mo diyan. Diabetes din. naku, itsek mo ang blood sugar level mo.. nakow. Tigilan mu yan. Masama yan. Mabuti pa pag tubig. Ikaw rin, mahirap maging mataba at mahirap magkasakit.
