Oh no! I could see the dust inside the CPU which means it needs to be cleaned the soonest. I was actually planning to clean it days ago but I always forgot to do it before I boot the PC. It should be done before I turn the PC on because once it’s running, I will really have a hard time shutting it down. Nope, the PC isn’t the issue with shutting down. It’s me! It seems like I am missing so much when I don’t turn on the PC right after waking up and just shut it down right before I hit the bed.
It’s just about 5 months since the CPU was cleaned and now it’s dusty again. Hope I won’t have a hard time dusting since we don’t have vacuum cleaner that could thoroughly take the dust off even at the hard to reach parts. Now I realized Ace’ purpose in wanting to get a small vacuum cleaner that we saw at the mall months ago. I didn’t take a close look at the vacuum cleaner and probably its motor is not 115334 vacuum motor that I saw at Central Vacuum online because that said vacuum motor is bigger than the vacuum cleaner being sold at the mall. Anyway, since vacuum cleaner is a need not only for cleaning the CPU but dusting the whole house (because dust is contained inside the house for all windows and doors are screened), we’ll see if we could get a vacuum cleaner next payday.
I called friends from my previous job last month and we had a great one hour chat over the phone. It’s been a while since we talked so catching up with each other can’t be done in just a minute. One mentioned that they are facing many security issues now because so many things are missing inside the plant. It’s not new, anyway because that’s been the problem ever since and I am suspecting thieves are not outsiders. I am surprised to know that until now they haven’t implemented the plan of installing video surveillance equipments in critical areas of the plant. We are already talking about it before I resigned and until now, it’s not implemented yet. Maybe they already made a PO for the surveillance equipments. It’s just that purchasing is taking it too long to find the right supplier. If only they are using the net in looking for suppliers, they could check out alarmsysterms.com…or maybe management isn’t alarmed of the rampant stealing of company properties that’s why they aren’t making efforts to at least minimize the problem if they think they cannot just get rid of the thieves…or, something fishy going on around the plant. Oh, whatever…it’s not my concern anyway.
I wonder where did my interim post go that I have written and posted yesterday. As far as I can remember, I posted it yesterday but it took longer than usual so I just left it alone thinking that it will finally be posted after a while. Then I wasn’t able to check on here after that so now I am surprised to see two paid posts in a row and the interim is missing. Now I am still debating with myself if I will rewrite that missing interim post or not. Let’s see later if I’d be in the mood to write.
My net connection is acting up again. Connection’s intermittent since this morning and I can’t really afford to wait for all the pages I am opening to load. It’s also making me work too slow that I am getting impatient. Times like this, I might need one of the best wrinkle creams to prevent the lines in my forehead to be obvious. Talk about more than a handful of tasks that is due tomorrow and the next few days! All I need now is a fast net connection but PLDT isn’t cooperating so I switched to Smartbro and so far it is way faster than the crawling PLDT myDSL connection speed. Glad I didn’t push through my plan of unsubscribing to Smartbro for I could still use it when I am not satisfied with PLDT myDSL’s speed.
