Frying fish for Kiaw-Kiaw is a great challenge because of oil splattering all over that I almost don’t want to fry fish for the cat. Then I was glad I saw an oil splatter screen at one of the malls so I got one. However, oil splatter screen only works when you’re done placing batch of fishes in the pan so anybody in front of the pan is not safe from the hot oil splatter while putting the fish or turning it over. When I saw safety glasses at The Man Store, I thought of this frying fish ordeal that can be resolved by putting on a safety glasses while frying.hahahaha. Sounds weird but I think it’s the best way that we could do to protect our eyes from the oil splatter.
