Monthly cleaning

Just cleaned and washed the air filters of the aircon unit last week. Glad I did remember it because I missed the monthly cleaning last month. User’s manual recommends monthly cleaning or washing but I am just too lazy to remove and clean it last month so I took the effort to clean it. Glad I did because thick dust particles has been clinging in the filter. Thus I need to make sure to clean it monthly to prevent the dust build up.

Christmas break

Christmas break is almost near so is the time for short vacation abroad and stay at panama city beach hotels or just within the country. For us, we won’t be going out but maybe we could spend it at the beach. It’s been a while since we went swimming! I wanted to stay at the beach for around 3 days but we just can’t leave the dogs and the cat here for nobody will feed them.*sigh* Hope Daddy can find us a househelp soon so we could just leave without much concern on who will be left behind the house and with our pets.

Whose job it is?

What did you just say? best wrinkle treatment? Oh, I hope I won’t need that soon. But if my connection will continue to give me a haedache, then in due time I will develop wrinkles. Talk about exaggerating things! My SmartBro is now slow but I don’t have a choice. Yes, I do have 2 ISPs but PLDT is configured to be connected with the desktop. I tried connecting it to the router months ago but to no avail. It’s not easy as SmartBro. When I called their customer service to ask for assistance, they told me it isn’t part of their job. So whose job it is to assist me in connecting PLDT myDSL thru the router? People from SmartBro? from Globe or Bayantel? It is just telling me how poor their customer service is! Enough. It makes me more angry with PLDT.

Housewarming Invitations One of my big sisters in HS got a house in a high end subdivision so I can’t wait for her Moving Announcements to come my way. Franchise business

I and Ace became a believer of franchise businesses before that we came to a point of buying magazines that talk about top franchises in the business world. Learning the principles of franchise business is encouraging to get one. If only we have money to spend for a franchise, we could have been one of the franchisees now. Who knows, we might be getting a small franchise business or just a food cart in the future.
