Being just practical

Never had planned to get a life insurance. Better get a memorial plan, I guess.LOL. Getting an insurance is just like putting your money in the bank without interest and yet you are not sure if your beneficiaries could claim it in whole or in part should you die because insurance have SO MANY exclusions in their policy. Oh well, they’re just making sure they get more money than you!hahaha. One permanent exclusion in life insurance is death due to illness (right?). Thus, I dreaded the thought of going through series of medical examinations before you could get a life insurance policy. However, there are no exam life insurance available in the insurance market today so that’s one thing that people will consider in choosing between insurance companies. This must be something worth to reconsider. Will think about this, that is, if it still wise and practical to get a life insurance nowadays.

Supposed to be on a vacation a day before Christmas until tomorrow but I’ve been busy on the side for other source of moolah. Thanks for YOUR providence! Despite of the lesser working hours with my online work lately, HE provided me with other sources to cover up for the lost time and moolah. Thanks for sending people that are truly a blessing in terms of providing me with extra work. Now everything seemed to be overwhelming but still, I am thankful. HE provided me with work and extra work on the side because HE believes I can manage to do it. Thanks anyway! Keep those work opportunities coming!

Wedding details

A day before new year, I got the chance to chat with my elementary and HS classmate who happened to be our distant relative. She’s getting married in less than two months but they are facing a big problem that she’s not even sure if the wedding will push through. Disagreements between couple during wedding preparation is just normal but hers is more than that. They were not able to book for the wedding ceremony and venue yet and the pastor isn’t available on their chosen wedding date. Bummer! That’s for sure a great stressor. I really thought they are just having minor problem regarding wedding details like not being able to find a nice tuxedo shirt as of the moment considering that they have to mainly rely on their wedding coordinator to work on the wedding details because the couple are working abroad. Oh well, hope everything will be settled so the wedding will push through. 

Physically active

Happy New Year! 

For the very first time we didn’t ring new year neither at home or with our relatives but we celebrated it in a resort instead. It was a blast with great food and great atmosphere with my loved ones. We missed my PILs though because they celebrated it in Dumaguete City together with their youngest daughter and son-in-law. 

After months of not eating on time and with the right amount, it was only the past days that I was able to eat a lot especially yesterday and today. I could almost feel the result that is evident in my waist but I don’t wanna ruin my appetite by thinking of the best diet pills to help me trim down. Maybe all I need to do is to be physically active to burn the excess fats in my body. Hmmm…that has to be planned out very well especially that I am too lazy to even just do stretching everyday.
