Sky Watch time once again! Here’s a piece of our sky from here. It was a warm, Reddish after sunset hues early this month. Times like this when I wanted to get rid of the coconuts and banana trees so it would be a beautiful sunset photo but I just can’t. So bear with those leaves obstructing the view.

Happy Sky Watch! More beautiful sky photos here.
I am not sure if I have mentioned in here before about the neighbor who tapped their power supply from us. As far as I can remember, they told FIL they are working on their application with Davao Light so they will tap with us for the meantime. The main purpose of their tapping is basically for lighting because I told them they cannot simply use other appliances. But seems that application is not yet made because they are still getting their power source from here. Sometimes I wanted to unplug their electrical cable because I simply don’t like those neighbors. They’re getting to my nerves. They are actually the one going inside the yard and climbing up the coconut trees without permission. Everytime I see those people, I am reminded by those “theft-like” acts.
Before we left for our trip, they have installed christmas lights in their place…not just one but numerous sets. Just before I saw their lights on that afternoon, the power fluctuated and when I plugged in my glue gun (which I used the whole day), the glue gun sparked and the AVR “died”. Now I am attributing that incident to the additional power load brought by their christmas lights. How I wish we could get rid of that neighbors.
Ace’ temperature finally went down to normal and I hope it would remain there. So I would stop giving him medicine ‘coz what he only need now is REST. I also hope he would regain his appetite and eat “voraciously” because I want him to gain weight. Though he already gained a few pounds and he looked better than before we were married, he could easily lose weight after a day or two of not eating that much. We’re actually on the same boat. Our metabolism works fast that it’s so hard to gain weight and too easy to lose it. I actually lost a bit after days of sickness but the bulges are still in place. How ironic! Anyway, I am just happy we’re blessed with such built that we don’t need to take fat burner such as Anoretix just to get rid of the extra fats in our body. The solution is really simple, actually. If you don’t want to have that unwanted fats, don’t indulge yourself in eating too much or eat lots of veggies and fruits.
Some employees and even students have Monday sickness and I do have that more than a couple of times when I was still in the rat race. It was really so tempting not to report to work on Mondays after a long weekend that sometimes I would drag my feet to work especially if it’s attendance cut-off because I couldn’t delay timekeeping. In fairness, I am not the only one inflicted with that Monday sickness virus in the company. M-A-N-Y of us does so I could not say I am the only absentee employee. I just don’t go to work if I don’t wanna see Rene Dizor’s face in my cubicle.
Ace, on the other hand, has Monday sickness. I am talking of real SICKNESS now. He woke me up earlier telling me he’ll not go to work. I thought he’ll be fine after a day’s rest yesterday with all my pampering. He still has slight fever and need another day of rest. I hope he’ll be ok tomorrow so he can go to work. How will his superiors react then? He was on vacation leave the other week that was extended for a one day sick leave after we arrived home and now he’s on sick leave again. Anyway, his officemates already knew that he has fever because he still went to work last Saturday though his temperature is above the normal range. He has no choice last Saturday but to go to work so now he truly deserve that SICK LEAVE.
