Blogging outside of the house

Still, my internet connection is not yet up. Smart called early today for the schedule of the relocation tomorrow. So starting tomorrow I will have an unlimited internet connection. Yay! For now, I am enjoying the free wifi from our neighbor and I am blogging in front of our house. I just discovered that I don’t need to go near the road (which is estimated more than a couple of meters from where I am seated now). Also, thanks to the wooden pallets that serves as my chair now. If only it’s this easy to connect in wifi anywhere so if you’re on the road and needs a roadside assistance but your mobile phone ran out of load, then you can still call for help thru going online and texting the concerned parties using the free mobile messaging thru internet. Oh well, I forgot that I am in a third world country and that what I am thinking is almost next to impossible to happen.  

Soon to expire

Got a notification from Flickr® that my pro account will expire on the 5th. That’s 4 days to go but my paypal account is zero balance and I am expecting to receive my blogging earnings Friday next week.*pout*. I hope another paid blogging company will send their payments before the 5th so I can renew my pro account. If not, then I have to wait for Friday (or Saturday in this part of the globe) to renew my pro subscription. I need to renew it (though I am not earning from it) because it serves as my online backup for our photos. Also, all photos that I post in my blogs are stored in flickr® so it won’t eat a lot of disk space from my hosting account. 

Anyway, I am crossing my fingers that blogi will send payments soon. But if not, then I have to wait till PayU’s payout. The photos will not be deleted, anyway. It will just “disappear” from my stream and will reappear when the pro account will be renewed. 

Dream lens

Ace with his dream photography gears…..

Upgrading our 400D and 50mm f/1.8 will remain as a dream much more getting one of the best lens - the Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 L. If only it’s as easy as getting the best wrinkle cream in the market, that dream would have happened a long time ago. We just have to be contented with what we have now though it is already limiting  our capabilities. Wish our friend who owns that lens will give it to us when he wanted to upgrade his gears and accessories. Wishful thinking!

Wow, I love the neighborhood around here. It’s quiet and peaceful. When our dogs bark, they’re the only noisy creatures. That pisses me and Ace because we are thinking the barking dogs are disturbing the neighbors. Among others, I am the most disturbed because I cannot concentrate on what I am doing that I cannot just finish reading about noxycut reviews that I’ve been reading earlier. Maya and Puto normally barks when they see people or other dogs but Thirdie is weird. If he started barking, he will not stop even if he’s barking at nothing. We sometimes lose our patience with him that Ace started to give him a swat which we don’t do to him when we were still living in the apartment. This is the first time that Thirdie is on a leash so maybe he wanted to be unleashed. For now they have to be on a leash because we don’t have a fence yet. We cannot just allow them to roam around the neighborhood in fear that people from the City Dog Found will impound them.
